Spravato is a nasal spray patients give themselves under clinician supervision, then stay in the outpatient clinic until the risk of side effects has passed. It is usually paired with an oral antidepressant.
Ketamine is given by IV in the arm, and its effects can last from days to weeks. Side effects are usually mild and brief.
The clinic also offers TMS and electroconvulsive therapy, alongside psychiatric assessments, medication management, and counseling. Referrals are accepted by phone.
