Strive CLE Counseling in Westlake, Ohio offers Spravato treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression, serving the greater Cleveland area. The practice aims to make the Spravato experience safe, comfortable, and supportive from the first consultation through continuing care.
Treatment begins with a 60-minute initial assessment with a psychiatric provider to determine whether Spravato is a good fit, including a full medical and psychiatric history review. Spravato is then self-administered in a private, calm setting under direct supervision, with patients relaxing during a two-hour observation period while clinical staff monitor vitals and comfort.
Alongside Spravato, Strive CLE provides psychiatry, therapy, and adult ADHD evaluations, with both in-person and telehealth options available for Ohio residents. Patients must arrange rides to and from each Spravato treatment.
