Harbor offers Spravato in Toledo, Ohio. The Woodley Road office is one of six Harbor sites across northwest Ohio, run by a long standing nonprofit that covers behavioral health, primary care, and vocational services.

Spravato is a route for patients who have tried two or more antidepressants without relief. Rather than a standalone program, it comes up through a psychiatric evaluation with a physician or advanced practice nurse, who then recommends a fuller plan that may include counseling, medication management, group work, or case management.

Day and evening appointments are available, and Harbor accepts Medicaid, Medicare, most commercial insurance, and private pay. The Woodley Road office serves Toledo and Lucas County.
