PATH Behavioral Healthcare offers Spravato (esketamine) in The Plains for adults who have tried two or more antidepressants without enough relief. It is also used for major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts.

The nasal spray is given only at a certified center, with the medical team supervising during and after each dose. Patients stay at least two hours for observation.

Treatment plans are built alongside the patient's existing provider. PATH also offers behavioral health care for adults, children, and veterans, plus medication management, group sessions, and telehealth.

Appointments can be scheduled seven days a week. Care serves The Plains, Athens, and southeast Ohio.
