EverHope Wellness Center offers Spravato (esketamine) treatment in Delaware for adults with depression that has not responded to other medications. It is also used for major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts.
Patients give themselves the nasal spray in a certified treatment room while a provider observes, then stay at least two hours for monitoring. Most people describe the experience as calm and restful. Spravato is always taken alongside a daily oral antidepressant.
Treatment runs twice a week for the first month, then weekly or every other week. Patients need a ride home and should not eat for two hours beforehand. The practice also offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and telehealth for people in Delaware and central Ohio.
