Chester Neurology

Chester Neurology is a REMS certified Spravato center in Rye Brook, treating adults whose depression has not eased after two or more antidepressants. It also treats major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts.

Patients give themselves the nasal spray in a private room under medical supervision. Staff monitor for at least two hours, checking blood pressure and oxygen levels. Driving is not allowed afterward, so a ride home is required.

Dosing starts at twice a week for four weeks, then moves to weekly, then every other week. The practice also offers TMS and full neurology care, including treatment for migraine, epilepsy, neuropathy, and movement disorders. Care serves Rye Brook and the surrounding Westchester County area.
