Ketamine for Alcohol Use Disorder (KARE): $9450 (includes medical intake, 3 ketamine infusions, 18 hours mindfulness therapy); Veterans discount 30% ($7000). One-Day TMS: $4950 all-inclusive. Add-on: Single Vitamin Infusion $195; Vitamin Infusion Package $975 (6 for price of 5).
