Accelerated TMS: $20,000 for full course (50 sessions), not covered by insurance. SWIFT TMS: $12,000 for full course (30 sessions), not covered by insurance. Medical/psychiatry assessment required (typically covered by insurance; $300 out-of-pocket if patient doesn't meet eligibility). First responders, teachers, and mental health providers receive 25% discount.
