IV racemic ketamine infusions deliver precise dosing through 40 to 50 minute sessions in a medically supervised setting, often providing relief within hours, with peak effects around 24 hours after treatment.
The practice also offers Spravato esketamine nasal spray, self-administered under supervision during two-hour sessions alongside an oral antidepressant, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy using oral troches combined with therapy for meaningful insight.
A standard IV course is six sessions over two to three weeks at $500 per session, with booster infusions available. Compounded ketamine therapies can also be prescribed without insurance pre-approval, with a Superbill provided for potential reimbursement.
