Treatment begins with a 60-minute interventional psychiatry consultation to determine eligibility. During each two-hour session, patients self-administer the nasal spray under the supervision of a healthcare provider and are continuously monitored, with the option of a Wavepaths immersive audio experience.
Board-certified psychiatrists and emergency medicine physicians oversee every session in a comfortable clinical setting. Being Health integrates Spravato with therapy and nutrition support, and is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Oscar, and Northwell Direct, with rebate programs reducing eligible costs to as low as $10 per session.
