Hillside TMS

Hillside TMS offers Spravato (esketamine) therapy in New Hyde Park for adults whose depression has not improved with other treatments. The nasal spray is given in the office with two hours of monitoring afterward.

Patients cannot drive for the whole day of treatment, so a ride is required. Dosing starts at two sprays, with the option to move up after the first week. Spravato must be taken alongside an antidepressant, since it is not approved on its own.

The schedule runs twice a week for the first month, once a week for the second, then every other week. Spravato is not used during pregnancy. The practice also provides TMS and medication management for people in New Hyde Park and nearby Nassau and Queens communities.
