Kristina Manich NP in Psychiatry offers Spravato (esketamine) therapy in Montrose for people with depression that has not responded to other medications. This is a newly added service at the practice.
The practice is run by a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than two decades in mental health, including a long stretch at New York Presbyterian Hospital. She provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients of all ages.
Appointments review how well current medications are working and whether doses need adjusting. Brief talk therapy is often folded into the same visit.
