Lakeside Medical Practice

Lakeside Medical Practice provides Spravato (esketamine) and IV ketamine therapy in Dunkirk for adults with depression that has not responded to standard medication. Treatment is given on site by trained providers.

Spravato is an FDA approved nasal spray, and the practice verifies insurance coverage before the first visit. Patients remain in the office for roughly two hours after each dose so staff can watch for side effects.

IV ketamine is also used for PTSD, OCD, bipolar depression, and chronic pain conditions such as fibromyalgia. Two providers completed advanced training through the Ketamine Institute. Patients come from Dunkirk, Fredonia, Westfield, and across northern Chautauqua County.
