Mensana Center offers Spravato treatment in Cortlandt Manor, New York. The center is a designated Spravato treatment site, and it is unusually practical about what a treatment day actually involves.

Patients are asked to skip food for two hours and drinks for thirty minutes beforehand to cut down on nausea, and encouraged to bring a blanket, eye mask, warm socks, and headphones. Vital signs are taken before dosing, again at forty minutes, and once more at the two hour mark.
