CareCredit financing available for IV ketamine: 6 sessions for $250/month at 0% interest for 12 months (subject to credit approval). Janssen Observation Rebate Program offers up to $800 per calendar year reimbursement for eligible commercially insured Spravato patients. FSA/HSA cards accepted for IV ketamine.
