Elite Specialized Services offers Spravato (esketamine) therapy in Las Cruces for adults living with depression. Spravato is a fast acting nasal spray, and some patients feel relief within hours.

The practice also provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health counseling for people ages five and up. Individual, family, and group sessions are available, along with ADD and ADHD evaluations and treatment.

Exomind therapy is offered as well, combining mindfulness, body awareness, and thinking based techniques.
