Inner Light Mental Health & Addiction Services in Union administers Spravato through Vanessa Doobay’s outpatient psychiatric practice. Doobay is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than a decade of nursing experience. The practice also provides psychiatric medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction, and other concerns.

The Union office offers evening hours on several weekdays and Saturday appointments. Spravato is provided in person at the Morris Avenue location, while other psychiatric visits may fit into the practice’s wider care schedule.
