MyMindWell in Summit, New Jersey is a fully certified Spravato Treatment Center offering Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, an FDA-approved treatment used in conjunction with an oral antidepressant for adults with treatment-resistant depression who have not benefited from other antidepressant medications. Spravato represents the first new mechanism of action to treat depression in over 30 years and has shown a rapid antidepressant response.

Treatment is administered in-office, with patients requiring two to three hours of medical monitoring afterward and a ride home, as driving is not permitted for the rest of the day.

Having treated a large number of Spravato patients, the practice brings experience to each treatment plan. The typical course is twice weekly for four weeks, then generally once weekly, followed by maintenance two to four times monthly.
