Ridgewood Psychiatric Group is a certified Spravato treatment center in Ridgewood, serving adults whose depression has not improved with standard antidepressants. Patients give themselves the nasal spray at the office under staff supervision.

Treatment usually runs twice a week for a month, then once a week for another month, then once every one or two weeks. Spravato is used alongside an antidepressant taken by mouth.
