The Counseling Center at Monmouth Junction

The Counseling Center at Monmouth Junction administers Spravato for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Patients receive the nasal medication at the clinic under supervision, and the treatment program can be paired with continuing therapy and psychiatric medication management through the same organization.

The clinic keeps extended weekday hours from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is also open Saturday mornings. Its broader outpatient services address mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.

Spravato gives eligible patients another treatment path within that existing care structure. The center serves Monmouth Junction, South Brunswick, Princeton, and nearby central New Jersey communities.
