Hamilton Behavioral offers Spravato (esketamine) treatment in Elmwood Park for adults with depression that has not responded to other medications. Patients use the nasal spray in the office under staff supervision.

Dosing starts at twice a week for four weeks, then moves to weekly, and later to weekly or every other week. Spravato is taken alongside a daily antidepressant by mouth.
