VCare Urgent and Primary Care offers Spravato (esketamine) in Dayton for adults whose depression has not improved after two or more antidepressants. Spravato is a nasal spray given under medical supervision.

It works differently from standard antidepressants, acting on the NMDA receptor in the brain rather than raising levels of mood chemicals. The clinic also provides mental health screenings, counseling, and medication management.
