Tri America TMSKeta in Clifton administers Spravato in a physician-directed mental health clinic. Patients take esketamine on site under medical supervision and remain for observation after dosing. The practice also offers TMS, psychiatric medication management, individual therapy, and group therapy.

Spravato is used for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or actions when clinically appropriate.
