Adult Family Health Services

Adult Family Health Services provides Spravato (esketamine) treatment in Clifton for adults with depression that has not improved on other medications. The nasal spray is given at the clinic.

Visits run about two hours, with most of that time spent resting while staff watch for side effects. Sessions are twice a week for the first month, then weekly or every other week. Driving is not allowed afterward, so a ride home is needed.

The center also offers outpatient mental health care, intensive outpatient substance use treatment, partial care, individual and group therapy, and medication management. Services are for adults 18 and older in Clifton and surrounding Passaic County.
