Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center - Mood Disorders and Interventional Psychiatry
Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center treats adults with treatment resistant depression through its Spravato program in Lebanon. Esketamine is administered through Mood Disorders and Interventional Psychiatry. The program also offers TMS and consultations for people whose depression hasn’t improved with standard treatment.
Spravato usually begins twice a week for four weeks. The schedule then moves to weekly treatment for another four weeks. Maintenance may continue weekly or every other week.
Each visit requires at least two hours of observation, and patients must already have a psychiatric provider for ongoing follow-up. Dartmouth’s Lebanon program serves patients from across New Hampshire and the Upper Valley.
