Lutheran Family Services in Lincoln administers Spravato for people with severe or treatment-resistant depression. Patients self-administer the nasal medication under supervision and remain at the clinic for two hours while staff monitor vital signs and response. A provider also checks in during each treatment visit.

Treatment commonly begins twice a week before moving to weekly and later maintenance visits based on individual response. The Lincoln office also provides broader behavioral health and counseling services.

Spravato is currently offered at the Lincoln location rather than the organization’s other Nebraska offices. Lutheran Family Services serves Lincoln and communities throughout southeast Nebraska.
