Mental Health Alliance

Mental Health Alliance administers Spravato at its clinic in Alliance, Nebraska. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, given in the office alongside an oral antidepressant for adults with treatment resistant depression.

The practice is a cooperative of independent providers offering psychiatric medication management, talk therapy, and substance use treatment. Genetic testing is available to help match patients with medications, and the office runs its own lab for certain tests.

Care is led by psychiatric nurse practitioner Christine Karell, who treats all ages across the region. The clinic serves Alliance and rural communities throughout the Nebraska Panhandle.
