Seagrass Integrated Mental Health
Seagrass Integrated Mental Health provides IV and IM ketamine therapy in Wilmington, North Carolina. Care is led by Tanya Fowler, a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience.
Patients pick between an infusion and an injection based on comfort and clinical need. Some finish the six session induction series with one method, then switch to the other for maintenance. Every session includes an integration visit within 24 to 72 hours, which the practice will coordinate with a patient's existing therapist.
Prices are published up front, and military members, veterans, and first responders receive 25 percent off every session. In person appointments run Monday through Thursday, serving Wilmington and the surrounding coast.
