Crossroads Psychiatric Group in Greensboro operates a Spravato clinic under the direction of psychiatrist Carey Cottle Jr. Dr.

Cottle founded the practice in 2001 and is board certified in psychiatry. He supervises the group’s physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
