Accepts insurance
Accepts most major insurance plans including Medicaid for Spravato treatment. Ketamine therapy is not covered by insurance and is private pay. Office may send patients for baseline labs covered by insurance.
Cash pricing (paid at time of visit): initial visit $275, follow-up medication management $150, 60-minute psychotherapy $150, medication management with 60-minute psychotherapy $280. As of 6/30/2025.
