Mindpath Health at its Forest Creek office in Durham, North Carolina offers Spravato (esketamine) for adults with treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder who have not found sufficient relief through psychiatry and therapy alone. Spravato is the only FDA-approved, self-administered nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression, commonly prescribed alongside antidepressant medications and therapy.

Spravato is self-administered twice weekly under clinician supervision, with patients observed in-office for two hours after each dose and the ongoing schedule determined after the first four weeks.

The office is also certified in TMS, a non-invasive treatment for depression and OCD.
