Savannah Rose Mental Wellness in Carolina Beach administers Spravato as one of its two main psychiatric service areas. The practice also offers psychiatric medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Spravato treatment is reserved for eligible adults after a clinical evaluation.
The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Patients receive treatment in person at the Lumberton Avenue clinic rather than through telehealth.
The practice also works with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and other mental health concerns through its medication services. Savannah Rose serves Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Wilmington, and other communities throughout New Hanover County.

Accepted insurances include Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Quest Behavioral Health, BCBS, Medicaid & Medicare, Ambetter, Optum, UHC. In process of accepting TriCare and VA benefits. Superbill provided for out-of-network clients.
