Independence Center

Independence Center in St. Louis administers Spravato within a community behavioral health organization that has served the area for more than 40 years. Its programs include psychiatric services, individual counseling, group counseling, community support, health coordination, and practical assistance for daily life.

The Forest Park Avenue site also houses the organization’s Welcome Center. New participants can use the center to learn about eligibility and enrollment.
