OCH Evergreen Clinic

OCH Evergreen Clinic in Springfield administers Spravato through an active medical and behavioral health practice. The Evergreen site brings primary care and behavioral health services into the same outpatient clinic. Behavioral health has its own clinic phone and weekday schedule.

The behavioral health team sees patients Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the department closed Friday. The same location also supports primary care, laboratory, radiology, and other medical services. OCH Evergreen Clinic gives Springfield residents and nearby communities a local Spravato option within the Ozarks Community Hospital system.
