Bootheel Behavioral Health

Bootheel Behavioral Health in Scott City administers Spravato at its Crites Street clinic. The nonprofit community mental health center has served southeast Missouri since 1976 and works across Mississippi, New Madrid, Scott, and Stoddard counties. Its programs include psychiatric medical services, outpatient counseling, crisis support, and community-based care.

The Scott City office is one of four current Bootheel Behavioral Health locations. The organization adopted its current name in 2024 after many years as Bootheel Counseling Services. This clinic gives Scott City and nearby southeast Missouri communities a local point of access for Spravato and behavioral health care.
