Liminal Psychiatry focuses on treatment resistant depression at its Neosho practice and offers Spravato as one of its advanced treatment options. Psychiatric nurse practitioner Ashlea Ritter leads the clinic and also provides comprehensive medication management.

The office is designed around thoughtful outpatient psychiatric care rather than a large multi-specialty setting. Spravato is administered at the clinic, where patients can remain connected with the same provider for regular psychiatric follow-up.

Ritter also works with anxiety, trauma, sleep concerns, and mood symptoms through her general practice. Liminal Psychiatry serves Neosho, Joplin, Seneca, and other communities across southwest Missouri.
