Centerstone

Centerstone's William H. Kyles Building provides Spravato in Independence within a large community behavioral health program. The location also offers counseling, psychiatric care, outpatient services, and an on-site pharmacy for people who need continued mental health support.

The clinic previously operated under the Comprehensive Mental Health Services name and remains a major outpatient site in eastern Jackson County. Spravato adds another in-person treatment option within a system that already handles psychiatric assessment and ongoing behavioral health care. The Independence location serves local residents and patients from nearby communities throughout eastern Jackson County and the Kansas City metro.
