JC Center for Psychiatric Services

JC Center for Psychiatric Services in Sterling Heights is a certified Spravato treatment center for adults with treatment-resistant depression. Patients self-administer the nasal medication in the office under supervision and remain in a private treatment space for about two hours of monitoring.

Treatment commonly starts with two visits each week before decreasing to weekly or every-other-week sessions based on response. The clinic also accepts referrals from outside physicians and coordinates treatment updates with referring providers. JC Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and serves Sterling Heights, Troy, Utica, Shelby Township, and nearby Macomb County communities.
