The Guidance Center

The Guidance Center in Southgate administers Spravato within its adult behavioral health program. The organization provides psychiatric services, outpatient therapy, substance use treatment, crisis care, and community support from its large Southgate campus. The Allen Road site includes dedicated psychiatric services for patients of different ages.

Psychiatric appointments are offered Monday through Thursday until 6:30 p.m. and Friday until 5 p.m. Spravato gives eligible adults another treatment option within an organization that can also provide continuing mental health support. The Guidance Center serves Southgate and communities throughout southeastern Wayne County and the Downriver area.
