Gun Lake Tribal Health Center

Gun Lake Tribal Health Center in Shelbyville administers Spravato within the Gun Lake Tribe’s medical and behavioral health clinic. The health center combines primary care, behavioral health, substance use counseling, chronic disease care, and other community health services on the tribal government campus.

The clinic has physicians, a nurse practitioner, nursing staff, behavioral health counselors, and additional support services on site. Weekday hours begin as early as 7 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Spravato adds another supervised mental health treatment option within the center’s existing clinical program. Gun Lake Tribal Health Center serves eligible tribal citizens and the tribal community in the Shelbyville area.
