Alpha Minds Services and TMS

Alpha Minds Services and TMS offers Spravato treatment in Saginaw for adults with treatment resistant depression. Spravato is also approved for major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or actions.

Care begins with a full psychiatric evaluation to confirm the treatment is a good fit. Patients self administer the nasal spray in a private room, then rest for about two hours while staff check blood pressure, heart rate, and comfort. Someone else must drive the patient home.

Sessions run twice a week for the first month, then taper as symptoms improve. The clinic is certified under the federal REMS safety program and also provides TMS and psychiatric care across the Saginaw area.
