WMed Health Psychiatry in Kalamazoo administers Spravato for adults with treatment-resistant depression. The clinic also uses esketamine for certain adults with major depressive disorder and acute suicidal ideation or behavior.

Each dose is administered in the clinic. Staff then monitor patients for two hours.

Treatment commonly starts twice a week for four weeks, then moves to once a week for four weeks before later visits are scheduled as needed. Patients must be referred to the psychiatry clinic and evaluated before treatment.
