Thrive accepts certain insurances. Patients are responsible for copays and any amounts insurance does not cover. A $40 deposit is required at scheduling. Refer to Insurance tab at https://thriveketamine.com/insurance/ for list of currently accepted insurances.
IV Ketamine without insurance: $500/per infusion for mood disorders (6-10 initial infusions), $750/per infusion for chronic pain protocol (4-6 initial infusions). With insurance: $300 cash upfront + copay/per infusion for mood disorders, $550 cash upfront + copay/per infusion for chronic pain. IM Ketamine without insurance: $500/per infusion for mood disorders. With insurance: $150 cash upfront + copay/per infusion. Psych clearance $250, Medical clearance $150, Post IV follow-up $150. Medication management initial evaluation $250, follow-ups $150.
