Spravato is an FDA-approved nasal spray used alongside an oral antidepressant, while ketamine is administered under medical supervision for fast-acting relief.
SKAPP integrates these medications with structured psychotherapy across a four-step process: initial consultation, preparation, medically supervised administration, and integration therapy to process and sustain the results.
Treatment takes place in a thoughtfully designed medication room with a comfortable recliner, dimmable lighting, weighted blankets, and curated music. Beyond the program, Best Fit provides psychiatry, therapy, and combined psychiatry plus therapy. Telehealth services are available across Michigan.
