Camden Interventional Psychiatry

Camden Interventional Psychiatry is a REMS certified Spravato center in Camden, Maine. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, approved for adults who still have depression symptoms after two or more oral antidepressants.

Patients use the spray themselves with the team supervising, then rest two hours while staff monitor for side effects. Treatment runs one to two times a week for four weeks, then weekly for four weeks, then often every other week. A ride home is required on treatment days.

The practice also offers TMS, a magnetic treatment cleared for depression, OCD, teen depression, and PTSD. Both standard and accelerated TMS protocols are available. Other care includes psychiatric evaluations and medication management. The clinic serves Camden and Maine's midcoast region.
