Epiphany Health

Epiphany Health is a REMS certified Spravato treatment center in Monroe, Louisiana. Spravato is a nasal spray form of esketamine, taken with an oral antidepressant by adults whose depression has not responded to other medications. It is also used for major depression with suicidal thoughts.

The practice is led by a nurse practitioner who provides psychiatric medication management alongside the Spravato program.

Other services include outpatient medication assisted treatment for addiction and medical marijuana recommendations for self pay patients. New patient visits and follow ups can be scheduled by phone. The office serves Monroe and northeast Louisiana.
