NeuroJust’s Metairie clinic offers Spravato for adults whose depression hasn’t improved enough with standard antidepressant treatment. The usual schedule starts with two visits a week for four weeks, then drops to weekly treatment before moving to a maintenance plan set by the psychiatrist.

TMS is another major part of NeuroJust’s depression program. The two treatments can be used together when that approach fits the patient’s needs.

Spravato is administered only at the clinic under medical supervision, while TMS visits are shorter and don’t require medication. The Metairie office serves patients from Metairie, New Orleans, Kenner, and nearby southeast Louisiana communities.
