Integrated Pain and Neuroscience

Integrated Pain and Neuroscience performs IV ketamine infusions in Metairie for chronic pain, chronic migraines, treatment resistant depression, and PTSD. Treatments take place at Alliance Surgery Center, where patients receive ketamine through an IV and remain under medical supervision throughout the visit.

An infusion usually lasts one to two hours, followed by a recovery period. Patients should plan on spending about three to four hours at the center and must arrange a ride home afterward.

The program sits within a larger interventional pain practice, so ketamine can be considered alongside other treatment options. Patients come from Metairie, New Orleans, Kenner, and surrounding southeast Louisiana communities.
