The Metairie office of Genesis Behavioral Health Services includes Spravato for adults with treatment resistant depression. Therapy and structured outpatient programs are also available through the practice, which can give patients more support than medication treatment alone.

Spravato requires an in-person visit, while some of Genesis’s other psychiatric services for the New Orleans area are offered virtually. That distinction makes the Metairie clinic the physical treatment site for esketamine.

Patients can also use Genesis therapy services or continue with an outside therapist. The practice serves Metairie, New Orleans, Kenner, Jefferson, and nearby communities throughout Jefferson and Orleans parishes.
