Northshore TMS

Northshore TMS pairs Spravato with TMS at its Mandeville practice for adults with treatment resistant depression. Patients take each Spravato dose in the clinic, then stay for at least two hours while staff monitor blood pressure and alertness.

Psychiatrist R. Timothy Brown serves as medical director, and a dedicated coordinator helps manage Spravato care. For some patients, the practice may combine esketamine with TMS as part of the same depression treatment plan.

Northshore TMS focuses on interventional treatment rather than general psychiatry, drawing patients from Mandeville, Covington, Hammond, Metairie, New Orleans, and other Northshore communities.
